How long will it take to receive my order?
Our orders are usually filled and shipped within 7-14 business days. In non-holiday season, we can usually get an order filled and shipped within one week. We ship USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. If you would like to have it sooner, we can send 2nd-Day, Next-Day Air. or U.S.P.S. Priority. Just let us know and we will charge you accordingly!

Free U.S. GROUND shipping on retail orders of $125+

How does the Free Shipping work?
Great question! If you place $125.00+ of product in your cart, you will receive free shipping!
What if I have a coupon?
Well, we only offer FREE SHIPPING $125.00+ after coupon usage.
For example, if your order is $125 worth of product and then use a 10% off coupon, you will save $12.50 and your order will be $112.50 and you will have to pay shipping.
If your subtotal AFTER the coupon code is $125 or more, you will qualify for Free Shipping. So, the end subtotal (after any discounts) needs to be $125.00 or more to qualify!
Return/Exchanges
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. You may contact us at (866) 412-7343 or email us. Please explain the reason for your return or exchange. Your comments are very important to us. Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 14 days of order delivery. Please do not ship items without first contacting us. If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials.

If I don't like something, can I exchange it?
Yes. For an exchange, give us a call or email and let us know what you would like instead... we must know within one week of receipt.
Unfortunately we are not able to cover your return shipping. We WILL cover the cost of the new product and shipping it to you. Just let us know within one week of receiving your "oh I hate this scent or item" and let us know what you would like instead.

Packaging & the environment
We are conscious of our packaging outlay and the environment. Because of this ,we reuse clean shipping boxes whenever possible as well as packing peanuts from our suppliers and local merchants. YES! Our local merchants bring us their boxes of clean packing peanuts. Imagine how many places those peanuts have traveled!
We request that you reuse or recycle any of the packaging sent to you.
Also, we have partnered with a company called Planet, which we pay to help offset the carbon emissions that occur with each package we ship. By funding Planet, we are supporting groundbreaking technologies that remove carbon for a minimum of 1,000 years. (And so are you!)

Tell me about the "Carbon Neutral" option.
Carbon Neutral is something we add as a option to your cart if you would like to offset the carbon outlay of the shipping of your order. The money goes to causes that help with removing carbon from the atmosphere which contributes to Climate Change. You can easily remove it from your cart if you like. Thank you!

Shelf Life for KleanSpa Products
Because our KleanSpa products are made using various natural ingredients, we recommend using our products within 6 months for freshest "consumption." You can help extend the life of your products by storing them in their closed container in a dry, cool,dark environment. Avoid getting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub.
Why has my product become darker or discolored?
Some of our fragrance oils contain vanillin (vanilla) and it can cause lotions, sprays, candles, and more to darken over time. The higher the vanillin content, the darker the final product may be. So just look at your darker lotion and realize it's loaded with yummy vanilla!
Animal Testing
We respect all living creatures and therefore never test any of our KleanSpa products on animals. All of our products ARE tested, however, on live human beings. So far, with great success (and requests for more)!

Please note that all our products are handmade to order for you. We strive for consistency, but because each order is made by hand, this cannot always be achieved. We hope you will be satisfied with the products you receive. If for any reason you are less than thrilled with your item, please contact our Customer Care department within 1 week of receipt.
Medical Disclaimer
We do not give out medical recommendations with our KleanSpa products. We are not doctors so we ask that you consult your physician with any questions on skin reactions. If you are allergic to anything, please check the label and do a small patch test before using each product. If you do experience any skin irritation, please stop use immediately and contact your doctor or dermatologist.
MOST of our ingredients are natural...but, where it's impossible to find a substitute, we use a skin-safe fragrance oil. (All products are always human tested first--a rule you should follow for yourself. Especially if you have sensitive skin).

We will be happy to gift-wrap any item you purchase for a fee of $6.50 per order. Just add it to your cart!
Gift Certificates/Cards
We offer e-gift certificates or gift cards which may be applied to any purchase through our website. Certificates, from $10 on up, are delivered immediately via email. (It's a great solution to a late, or almost late, gift!) FYI: They are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Why won't more than one coupon work in your coupon section?
We only allow one coupon per order. Although we may look like a large company, we are a small operation and wish to stay in business while still offering you great deals!! So, sorry, only one coupon at a time please...:)
Are your products all-natural?
We strive to use the most natural ingredients possible. The place we run in to trouble is preservatives and fragrances. We do not wish to subject our product users to little "bugs" that may grow inside your bottle or jar, so we use a paraben-free preservative.
Secondly, fragrance is what made Jennifer fall in love with this business to start with. If we completely limit ourselves to only essential oils (fragrances derived solely from plants) we limit ourselves to the greatness that is a man-made fragrance. None of our oils are cut and do not contain alcohol (unless you order a cologne).
