<h2>Order Processing Time</h2>
<p>Orders are typically processed and shipped within <strong>7–14 business days</strong>. During non-holiday seasons, processing is often completed within one week. During peak holiday periods, please allow additional time.</p>

<p>Shipping is via USPS or FedEx. Expedited options (2nd-Day Air, Next-Day Air, USPS Priority) are available for an additional fee at checkout.</p>

<h2>Free Shipping Threshold</h2>
<p>Orders of <strong>$125.00 or more</strong> qualify for complimentary U.S. ground shipping. This offer applies to retail orders only and does not include wholesale accounts.</p>
<p><strong>Important note on discount codes:</strong> The free shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal <em>after</em> any discount code is applied. For example, a $125 order with a 10% discount code results in a $112.50 subtotal, which does not qualify for free shipping.</p>

<p>At this time, we ship to the <strong>United States and Canada</strong> only. We do not currently offer shipping to other international destinations.</p>

<p>We ship via <strong>USPS and FedEx</strong> for domestic orders. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.</p>
